At the heart of our company philosophy is the concept that we will always honor our client’s best interests. In the arena of design/build, this philosophy is carried out from the moment we first meet the client until the keys are turned over.
Our experience with this method of contract delivery has been best exemplified at the National Marine Life Center in Buzzards Bay; a hospital for the treatment of stranded and injured marine animals. WW Reich listened carefully to the needs of the client, assembled a team of construction professionals that put the plans on paper, established a construction schedule and budget and built the facility. The project was subject to constant change, which WW Reich was able to accommodate by communicating with the client as to the impact of the changes as the project evolved.
The result is a world class animal treatment hospital which continues to fufill the vision of the client.
“We are so grateful to W.W. Reich for their construction expertise. They take the time to understand the project, and bring a wealth of resources to the table. The National Marine Life Center’s new marine animal hospital presents a number of unique challenges, and W.W. Reich assembled a fantastic team of skilled experts to accomplish the project. As a non-profit organization, we are very careful with our resources. Because of W.W. Reich’s skills and experience, we’ve been able to maximize every construction dollar to achieve the best possible result. We look forward to working with W.W. Reich on the next phases of our project!” – Kathy Zagzebski – Exectutive Director
